oil in spark plugs

I have been getting oil in the plug sleeves and deposits on the plugs. I changed the plugs and all the seals. Still having the problem. What else could be causing this?

The only way this can happen is that the tube seal is still leaking, you should be replacing the rocker cove gasket and tube seals as a set, did you do this?

Do you know what these parts are called at the part store? They cannot seem to find them. And explaining what they are and what they do to the moron at the counter who only knows what his computer tells him is not working.
