Front passenger side front wheel is about 3/4 inch off from the rest of the wheels

It's aligned and lifted with coil spacers.

If I let go of the wheel the truck still drives perfectly straight... Has stock UCA's and LCA's. 1 inch spidertrax spacers all around and the wheels are all the same offset.

After looking underneath, the LCA cambolts on the passenger side seem to have shifted from a pothole or something. They are not even close to being mirrored to the driver side cambolts.

It looks like the camber is out. Have you checked the steering knuckle for a loose ball joint or the hub assembly for a bad bearing?

Here are the general directions for adjusting camber, but you will need an alignment rack to get the correct adjustments.

NOTICE: After the camber has been adjusted, Inspect the toe-in.

a. Loosen the front and/or rear adjusting cam nuts.
b. Adjust the camber and caster by front and/or rear adjusting cams. (See adjustment chart)
