Hello - Thanks for the info Just to go over to make sure we are on the same page even though you have done this. Please check fuse number 3, 15amp in the relay center with an ohm meter to make sure it is good. Sometimes a visual is deceiving.

Then go to each horn since you have two........disconnect plug and put 12v on one pin on the horn then ground the other pin...........does it work? Do the same with the other horn. If they both don't work then the horns are bad - if both work then go to the relay compartment in the center rear of the engine compartment and swap the horn relay with another relay that is just like it..........do they work now.......if so the relay is bad..... I don't have a legend of the relays but it should be in the compartment where the arrow is pointing.

Also what is the 8th digit of your VIN if you don't find the problem.

Hello Also, it looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.
