1999 Saab 9-3 repair Question changing shocks

I am trying to change the front shocks on my saab. I'm not looking to do a complete overhaul and everything i've found has been for that. I'm having trouble reoving the shock itself. can someone offer me a step by step?

first remove wheel ,take 32mm socket remove axle nut,now remove lower ball joint from hub section ,then drive out axle from hub now remove brake caliper assemble complete ,then remove tierod end ,remember to remove ABS sensor from hub ,now remove the 3 upper 13mm nut holding assemble hold assemble with one hand & remove the last upper nut remember assembly very heavy ,now take out from under car ,if pulling apart just to replace strut insert ,u will need a spring clamp ,so good luck .
