1999 Toyota Camry Front Brakes

I noticed today that my left from wheel hub was very very hot to touch. The other wheel hubs were normal. Could it be a caliper stuck or flexible brake line has collapsed?

Could be one or the other that's locking it up if not the ABS unit-open it up and investigate this is the only way to find out
