Codes P2135, P0121, P0123 and P0016, after replacing the timing belt and water pump?

Please Help?
My husband just changed the water pump and timing belt on the vehicle listed above and now engine light, VSC and trac off are lit up on dashboard. Not only are they lit up the car doesn't accelerate at all. maybe 5 MPH. We put a code reader and it reads P2135, P0121, P0123 and P0016.

I would double check the timing belts marks and make sure the throttle body is plugged in. I have included the timing marks in the images below so we can be on the same page.

P2135: This code refers to a throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "A" / "B" voltage correlation problem.

P0121: This code is associated with the throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "A" circuit range/performance problem.

P0123: This code relates to the throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "A" circuit high input problem.

P0016: This code is specific to the camshaft position sensor correlation problem between the bank 1 sensor A and crankshaft position sensor.
