2004 Toyota Sienna Labor Cost

I had some repair done to my 2004 Toyota Sienna. The warranty company paid for the Cam Seal, Crank Seal and water pump. The dealer charged about 6.5 hours labor for this. How much labor (hours) would you charge for these 3 repairs?

I also had the timing belt replaced. Since they did the repairs above, they had to take off the timing belt. Therefore, I believe I should not have been charged labor for the timing belt.

Would take around 24 labor hours for these repairs seeing as how the engine/ tranny assembly must come out to replace the crank seal...

I guess my main question is that if they are doing all of this work and need to remove the timing belt to do all of this work, should they be charging labor to replace the timing belt since they already have removed it?

Since removing the timing belt is necessary for the repairs already being made, no there is not a need to charge extra labor for the belt. They should only charge for the actual belt, not labor on it.
