transmission oil overflows from dipstick tube. trans rebuilt, new radiator not overfilled

after parking car noticed puddle of trans fluid dipstick tube is wet
from top down to puddle eng and trans rebuilt 10,000 mi show condition

either a valve stuck open in valve body or vent is plugged and puked out dipstick have a trans guy look at it.
