Welcome to 2CarPros.
It doesn't have a traditional relay for the A/C compressor. Instead, it is controlled by the TIPM (totally integrated power module). Most times, the pins at the connectors corrode and break. I'm not sure what the problem is with the vehicle, but I did attach a pic of a portion of the TIPM so you can see where A/C power is coming from.
