I am trying to find the shift cables to replace them, and I cannot find them online, and the auto parts stores I’ve called said that they don’t have a listing for them. Does anybody know where I could find some OEM shift cables?

Did you try the dealer for the part number and then look online?

No, I didn’t even think about calling the dealer. I will call them when they open today.

I called the dealer and they want $168.00 for them. I’ve looked up the part number and can’t find any anywhere else. Dealer only part? They also said my issue with reverse is probably my reverse shift fork?

Well dang. How do I go about getting to that reverse shift fork? If I pull the transmission out, and take it off of the motor, can I access it? Or are there more things that need taken apart once the transmission is unmounted from the engine?

Sounds like the syncros are worn out in the transmission. The next thing will be it pops out of gear.
