no starter operation?

This sounds like the instrument cluster has gone out or the ignition switch needs to be replaced. To be sure here is a guide to help you check the ignition switch. Have you checked all fuses? Here is a guide to help with that as well. Also clear the codes and then turn the key on to see which codes come up first.

My ignition switch Mopar is brand new. replaced recently before the problem.what is the cluster? yes all fuses have been checked. i can't check relay don't understand how.

The cluster is the instrument cluster, sorry, I gave you the diagrams so you can check the fuses before we continue. Let's clear the codes then turn the ignition key on without starting the engine and then run the codes again to see what comes up. this will be hard code which needs to be addressed first.

i verified all relays and fuses they are good.

Does the engine crank over but not start or not crank over? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

yes, car cranks but not start. didn't clear codes yet. didn't understand how to do it. i don't have a code reader and no access yet to one.

When the engine is cranking over does it sound okay? Will it run on starting fluid? When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? Please let me know I want to get this fixed for you.

When the engine is cranking over does it sound okay, since it used to start before by turning the key once. i can't compare to know if it starts well or not , but compare to the noise i can hear in other video or what other people told me mine starts slow like a low battery. however, my battery is new. but could this prevent the relay ASD from clicking? i don't hear any fuel pump noise. but there is like a tire cap in the motor that you can unscrew and by pushing the valve fuel is ejected with pressure. someone told me is a proof the pump is working, true? don't know what starting fluid is? i am not in the US where you can find everything fast. Lets test the battery which can cause this issue (maybe you have a defective battery, it happens).

i disconnected the negative battery for 15 seconds many times as shown on video. check engine sill on. i've tried the starting fluid and nothing, no start. i tried a new battery, no start. going to test my battery.

a friend tested the coil pack and the injector no electricity found , i bought a code tester , Creader V+ , i can't find any code reading it keeps scanning and tell me i have to verify if i am connected to DLC , if ignition is on , and vehicle compliant with OBDII, i thought the tester was bad i tried it on 2 other cars. it reads their codes and gives results . however i see the yellow engine check after a few seconds .. what does that mean ?

No power at the coil is telling us the ASD relay might not be working. check the diagrams above for the relay location and use this guide to help you test it:

back on line didn't get the cluster yet going to , a electrician came tried to fix but still not starting when he left i have another problem the lights inside the car stay on even though the doors are closed .. i bought a tester launch Creader V+ but not reading at all.

Can you try the scanner on a different car to see if it works?

yes, i tried the tester on 3 other cars it works fine.

where is the PCM located? what is it ? i already tested all electric outlet: cam shaft sensor ,crankshaft , injectors they all have dc electricity except the idle throttle. is it a problem ?

i didn't test the PCM wiring yet a lot of wires r very dirty and not easily identified , i tested the fuses inside the car next to accelerator , just discovered them , i found a lot not working
(i had not tested them yet ). these are my findings using my light tester and putting the clip in ground:

First row (lower)of fuses
Ne (=no electric) in 31
all good except starter fuse #31

Second row
Don't find electricity in 14,15,16,.. 19,20,21,22 (ne= no electric)
17, 18 test OK

Third row 3 ne
OK 4,5,6.7 ..9
8 électricity one side (lower) i had to take it off bkz roof always stays on
11 hbl (no electric).

the front light don't work same as windshield wiper.
the roof light stays on all the time had to take off fuse.

there are also a lot of relays i discovered inside can you show me a diagram where they are all located and their uses. i took them off to verify and clean legs of small one but am not sure of all positions when putting them back.

is it normal that i don't get any answer on my obd tester? as far as the cluster can you recommend me a company selling rebuild? i found a few on eBay but i don't trust them with 200 or 300 thousand miles , even though the seller telling you that they supposed to be working but for how long?

I would try a used cluster the mileage will be off but it will let us know if that is the problem or not.

i put a new Mopar crankshaft sensor the mechanic took it off to verify and glued a piece of cardboard instead of the spacer and put it back. i don't know if the thickness of the spacer is important and the cardboard should be the same size. do they sell spacers for Jeep crankshaft sensor? where can i find them?

i put the new cluster it doesn't appear and i still don't start. however, a mechanic put a jumper between the pump relay and the positive battery the cluster reads all gauges but still does not start. he told me the immobilizer might be bad, but i took it off but still doesn't start. i looked at a video showing the car can work without it. the yellow key appears on the cluster but not the check engine. he is asking $400.00 to reprogram the immobilizer with the PCM. could it be the problem?

Most shops will do the security relearn for about $140.00 I would call around have you try resetting it? I would try a hard reboot. this guide can help us:

i run a new test after putting the cluster here are my results P0753 , shift solenoid , P1491 radiator fan P1687 instrument cluster what does that mean after i put a new one?

Sounds like you have a defective or wrong cluster "P1687 instrument cluster" do they have the same part number?

yes same number of cluster (i already answered but don't see it). i tested all fuses No electricity in #3,11,13,14,15,16, 31, find in 8 lower lights always on.

the yellow key stays on cluster. check engine doesn't appear. i did not find codes by turning key 3 times.
